Rum
The way we produce rum, we not only do alcohol fermentation using sugarcane spirit and ena, but also add water to the ethyl neutral alcohol to make it smoother. Indian Malts are added to give it an authentic taste. These malts are as old as 3 years or sometimes more.Essence are then added to give flavour and caramel to give it colour.
